LxGio may collect information including:

• Invoice records
• Vehicle or asset identifiers
• Installation location details
• Device identifiers

• Operational logs
• Subscription records
• Technical support records
• Diagnostic information

Where monitoring systems are used, device-generated or operational data may be processed for service delivery. Such data may include communication logs, device status, technical diagnostics, and monitoring-related system information.

LxGio does not assume responsibility for how customers internally interpret, use, communicate, or act upon such data within their organizations.

• Onboarding
• Device configuration
• Monitoring service operation
• Customer support
• Billing and account administration
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Service continuity
• Legal or regulatory compliance

LxGio takes reasonable administrative and technical precautions to protect information. However, no communication or storage system can guarantee absolute security, and the customer acknowledges risks inherent in electronic communication and network-based systems.

Information may be retained for a reasonable business, technical, commercial, operational, legal, or compliance period as per estimate or invoice, service requirements, or applicable legal obligations.

Customers are responsible for lawful use of monitoring systems, internal access control, driver or personnel communication where legally required, and compliance with applicable privacy, labor, and surveillance rules.

Any physical visit outside the LxGio headquarters at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai must be explicitly approved in writing within the estimate or invoice before purchase. In the absence of such approval, no visit shall be deemed committed, promised, or included.

Any verbal understanding, informal statement, or assumption shall not be treated as a valid promise of visit unless supported by written approval from an authorized LxGio key representative.

LxGio may deny, postpone, or cancel any approved visit if there is a threat, risk, harm, safety concern, or operational hazard affecting visiting personnel.
