CustomerResponsibility

Customers are responsible for lawful use of monitoring systems, internal access control, driver or personnel communication where legally required, and compliance with applicable privacy, labor, and surveillance rules.

Site VisitPrivacy Linked Clause

Any physical visit outside the LxGio headquarters at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai must be explicitly approved in writing within the estimate or invoice before purchase. In the absence of such approval, no visit shall be deemed committed, promised, or included.

Any verbal understanding, informal statement, or assumption shall not be treated as a valid promise of visit unless supported by written approval from an authorized LxGio key representative.

LxGio may deny, postpone, or cancel any approved visit if there is a threat, risk, harm, safety concern, or operational hazard affecting visiting personnel.
